1. Licence
When you buy a list you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it inside your own organisation for prospecting, marketing, research and analysis. A monthly plan licenses each monthly file while the plan is active.
2. What you may not do
- Resell, publish, share or give away the data, in whole or in part, or use it to build a competing directory or data product.
- Use the data for consumer credit, employment, insurance or housing decisions.
- Contact businesses in a way that breaks the law (for example the CAN-SPAM Act, the TCPA and do-not-call rules). You are responsible for your own outreach.
3. Control records
Files may contain control records (sometimes called seeds) that let us detect unlicensed use or resale.
4. Accuracy
Business information changes every day. We check it weekly but supply it as is, without a warranty that every record is current or complete. If more than 5% of a file you bought is clearly wrong (closed, wrong niche, duplicate), tell us within 30 days and we replace those records or refund that share.
5. Samples
Free samples are for evaluating the data. The licence terms above apply to them too.
6. Payment and delivery
Prices are in US dollars. Download links stay active for a limited number of days after delivery; keep a copy of your file.
7. Removal requests
A business that wants to be removed from future files can write to [email protected].
